Shipping Details

All ForgeFlow orders are packed and shipped from Bass Hill, Sydney, Australia.

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive an order confirmation email after purchase and a shipping notification once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping rates are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier. Once your order has been dispatched, carrier delays are outside of our control.

Order Process

Orders are processed in 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Pre-order items are processed within 1–3 business days of their arrival in stock.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. If you have not received an email, please check your spam folder or contact us for confirmation.

3.

If you have any questions about your order, please contact us at admin@forgeflowessentials.com.au. We are unable to make changes to your order once it has been shipped.

4.

Please double-check that your delivery address is correct. We are not liable for non-delivery due to address errors provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order amount once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Returns & Refunds

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue and help resolve it.

2.

Due to the nature of health and supplement products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products unless the item is faulty.

3.

For change-of-mind returns, products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

4.

Refunds are reviewed once the returned item has been received and inspected. If approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

During our launch period, selected ForgeFlow purchases may be covered by our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee where stated.

If you are not satisfied with your product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll review your request. Customers may be required to return the product, and return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
